Jackie Cline is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and also one of Love INC’s valued phone intake volunteers at our offices located within Community Bible Church, 1043 Springmill Street, across from the Springmill Drive-In.  She is among a wonderful group of Christians who answer calls to assist neighbors asking for help. 

Would you prayerfully consider giving 3 hours of your time each week to answer these calls?  You will help our neighbors go through an application and verification process, so we are financially responsible to our Partner Churches and so we can best help our neighbors.  Love INC then coordinates local church ministries that are in place to meet those needs, such as Trinity’s Personal Care Closet.

We currently have an opening on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and also on Thursdays from 9 a.m. until noon.  Will one of those days work in your schedule? 

You will be asked to pray with those who call.  Don’t worry if you don’t feel comfortable praying over the phone at the outset.  We promise God will guide you, office staff will help you, and you’ll feel quite relaxed doing so in no time at all. 

Some computer experience is helpful, but you needn’t be “skilled.”
