In a recent sermon our Pastor talked about discipleship and who are the disciples. We are the ones to take the Word and share it. There are some 20 youth and adults from our church that have attended one of the Emmaus Programs. Each has his or her story to relate. This program is designed to bring us closer to our Lord.

When you ask yourself, "Why Me, why should I get closer to our Lord?" Some questions we don't want to hear the answers. One day out of the blue over 10 years ago our choir sang a song that changed my life. (Turn to page 593 in the Methodist Hymnal and read though these two pages.)
